Ostern

Ostern, wir haben Zicklein gegessen (das klingt barbarisch "haben Zicklein gegessen", vielleicht hätte ich diesen Eintrag auf französisch schreiben sollen, naja auf english würde es kid heissen) und hatten ein paar Freunde da. Gabriel wie man sieht hat aber schon früher angefangen...

panier de la semaine

Voila, un panier de cette semaine. Chaque semaine je demande comment je vais remplir les paniers de la semaine prochaine, cette saison n'est pas facile, les legumes de stockage se terminent et les nouveau n'arrivent pas encore en grand quantité. Vivement les petits pois, feves, navet, choux raves, blettes, premier fenouil pour avoir plus des choix. Je dois absolument planter plus de rhubarbe et asperge cette année car ils viennent juste pendant cette periode.

The doors

Our animals desperately need to move into the new stable. In the intermediary stables to shit is literally piling up, meaning that the manure and straw is getting higher and higher making it difficult to walk without banging one's head. Before that happens the doors have to be in amongst other things...

Adele etais present a une foire principalement du vin bio, et a presenté nos fromages. Elle a bien vendu. Un restaurant a Nice est interessé de commander notre Feta.
