As one can see the new creamery in the stable has still a way to go before we can make cheese in it, but things are happening at the moment. Wilfried´s team, from la maison naturelle de Bourgogne is plastering the walls and the tiler has started to lay the tiles where they are already done. But cheese making has to start next week and until summer Adele will use the old creamery from last year.
